We then drew and designed different pieces of paper to represent the items we had chosen, a few of the tasks were; draw your item without looking at it; design an advert for your item (pictured) and write 50 words that relate to your object. I thought that the tasks that we were set were new and interesting, they gave me a new way to look at portraying items. If I were to do this project again I would use more colour as I only had a pink highlighter with me at the time. I would also think about how I would asses the situation rather than jumping straight in.
We had to bury our items so that someone else could find it or to dig it up in ten years time. I buried mine at the end of my garden under a pot.
I agree with you about using more colours, and probably different media. I think it is fine to just go for it, than to over think about what you should do. In particularly with the tasks we did on that day, where we only had a short space of time to complete each work.
